A good massage is relaxing, yes, but it’s also healing. I’ve been seeing Pauline for my aches and pains since 2022, and I can’t believe I didn’t post a review sooner. She’s been able to successfully resolve several issues that doctors could not — plantar fasciitis, lower back pain, chronic headaches, and now an elbow injury. She’s been my masseuse for years and I’ve been to two others, and keep going back to Pauline! That’s got to say something !
I love my massages. Pauline works out any kinks and soreness and I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. She is very knowledgeable about the body and spends time discussing how certain muscles work. The space itself is very comfortable and healing.
