I used True to Care transportation from Monday trough Friday ( non-emergency medical transportation) to go to neuro rehab with my son who have Traumatic brain injuries. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience we have. From start to finish, the service was reliable, safe, and truly compassionate for me and my son. I have utilized this company for patient care to get back and forth to provider appointments. They always arrived on time and got us to our appointments on time. They showed respect and compassion when dealing with my patient. The overall experience was great.
