All of the drivers are very friendly, and the company is very reliable. They have been picking me up and taking me to and from dialysis three times a week since the start of the year when I switched insurance. They have proven to be a very worthy company, with a wonderful drivers, and I’ve even gotten to know the owner, and he is a really cool guy. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of non emergency medical transportation. Their vans are nice and air conditioned and very comfortable to ride in 🤟
Well as far as I’m concerned they are Outstanding! On time friendly driver, i was over an hour delayed for the procedure and there was no problem. Highly Recommended. Brought me to the front of the Hospital.
I used True to Care transportation from Monday trough Friday ( non-emergency medical transportation) to go to neuro rehab with my son who have Traumatic brain injuries.
