All of the drivers are very friendly, and the company is very reliable. They have been picking me up and taking me to and from dialysis three times a week since the start of the year when I switched insurance. They have proven to be a very worthy company, with a wonderful drivers, and I’ve even gotten to know the owner, and he is a really cool guy. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of non emergency medical transportation. Their vans are nice and air conditioned and very comfortable to ride in 🤟
I have utilized this company for patient care to get back and forth to provider appointments. They always arrived on time and got us to our appointments on time. They showed respect and compassion when dealing with my patient. The overall experience was great.
I used True to Care transportation from Monday trough Friday ( non-emergency medical transportation) to go to neuro rehab with my son who have Traumatic brain injuries.
