We closed on an inherited property today. Our associate was empathetic with our grief of letting go. They were efficient, accommodating, and very friendly. Would definitely use them again.

We attempted to use this company for closing on a property. We had issues across the board sadly. Both handlers of claim were very unresponsive via email and phone. It was difficult to get a hold of them or get straight answers. We ended up having to switch companies because of this (the other parties request). When we went to switch, we need them to wire the money to our new title company. They advised we didnt pay them the earnest money. Advised the realtor they do not have it. We must of been 'confused'. Deanna skiles the escrow division manager is very unprofessional this office came as a referral. Kindness is a word i dont think she knows, this is not my first encounter with her. They were helping out for a signing and would not offer any help with where to sign or to explain anything. Hope you know what your doing on your own. The person in the other office is very nice. Also when it comes to notary she made a copy of our IDs and then gave a stack of papers never witnessed not even one signature.
