Rebecca was responsive and efficient.
Closing was completely disorganized and one staff member was nice, the other one was rude. Half the time we couldn't get answers to questions on the closing documents, and we had to babysit the entire process. Closing documents had multiple errors that should have been avoided from the start. Overall our closing experience was not great.
