I would not recommend doing business here. Communication was poor and when we raised concerns about our house keys never being given to us, Allyson was dismissive and argumentative instead of helpful. We were told at closing (by true title and both realtors) there was a second set of keys, but later found out there wasn’t, leaving us worried that an unaccounted for set could still be out there. Made the process of closing on our property fast and simple. Friendly and fast service.
They waited until the day of closing to find something about our deed that they didn't like. They had it for weeks. The buyer had no place to go. Because they waited hours before closing to tell us two words they thought should be in there. I had lawyers look at and they said it was all there. I don't like how they shared my private information publicly. I think they ran our credit as the seller. I did not give permission for them to do that.
