Just went there yesterday to get a title transfer and notarized. The woman said it was going to be $20, great no problem. She starts filling out the paperwork and she messed up on the back of the title with one of our names. So she scratched it out but didn’t put an initial on her mess up so the dmv won’t take the title without her signing it. I had a horrible experience with my lender and Keli was always there to help me and to answer any questions that my lender would not answer. She would do her best to get the answers to my questions.
