My closing date was documented for a scheduled closing. True Title accepted my contract and the closing date. I get to the week of my closing and they very curtly let me know that they will be on holiday for my closing date. My lender and realtor both worked to organize other options that would not inconvenience the process, since the title company not only accepted this date but did not previously communicate it was an issue before the movers were scheduled and my rental was forfeited.
