My window stopped rolling up after I got their services. The man told me it was an existing issue when I went back for their help, which was wrong, that had never happened before. My mechanic told me that the issue was due to the motor getting wet from their process. I got my window working again and it turned out to be an easy fix, thank god, but just for their treatment alone in the aftermath I wouldn’t go back or recommend them. Im still impressed at how professional True Tint was. I would like to highlight Vanessa for for her amazing customer service and the entire team that did an excellent job. We were greeted with a smile, given a quick demonstration and were offered beverages in their clean and peaceful lobby. I won’t be going any other place. It was definitely a first class experience just to have my windows tinted. Not to mention quick! If you’re a stickler for good work and service, don’t bother looking anywhere else. New customer for life.
Best place for tint. Have gotten 2 suvs and 2 sedans tinted here now, same results, perfection. Nice waiting room. Family owed business, they are friendly, helpful, thorough. They have more than 1 person tinting so the job is completed efficiently and quicker. Highly recommended.
Big shoutout to Carlos and his team—they’ve tinted my Tesla, Jetta, GMC, and Land Rover, and every time it’s been spot-on. Super chill crew, and Vanessa is always welcoming and helpful. Always a smooth experience from start to finish. Definitely my go-to spot for window tinting. Highly recommend!
