It pretty annoying to pay $25+ and you don’t get what you ordered. I ordered a 3 meat plate with double brisket and sausage. Instead of brisket I got pork drenched in bbq sauce. I CANNOT eat anything with sugar and this is the reason I stick to whole brisket only. No one to take your order you have to use a kiosk. Second time about a year later I ordered on the app, I ordered the same thing, when I arrived at the store, they said they had no brisket, did I want something else?
