We had a few issues with our Tiffin Allegro and called True Test. They came out and worked on various things and ascertained that it had been hit by lightning. This resulted in the RV having to be declared totaled. They were helpful every step of the way. The technicians were all knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend True Test.
John helped with transport and battery repair, seems to be knowledgeable. Sales department never looked at my unit for 2 months. Owner is very unprofessional, does not stand by her own promises, and wants to add things to the contract after it is signed. They are very good at ignoring calls/texts, requests to do work. She is threatening and cruel. They are great at typing up invoices. My unit sold the day after it left this place and I moved it to a reputable, well known RV business.
John did an excellent job repairing my RV. I had a few issues that needed attention, and he was one of the only people who actually responded to me. I dropped off the RV, and he quickly ordered the necessary parts and repaired everything just as he promised—on time and done right. That kind of reliability and follow-through is a rare find in the RV repair business. Thanks, John!

Absolute horrible communication and service. I brought my RV in for a slide repair. I gave all the details to the person on the phone when booking the appointment. Long story short, they charged me $1,100.58 and said they couldn’t fix it!!! I had to take my RV to General RV and paid them another $1,129.18 but the RV is fixed!!! This company is not honest nor experienced at what they do. Worst of all- I gave them every opportunity to either fix the issue or refund me money. They refused both!
