Absolute horrible communication and service. I brought my RV in for a slide repair. I gave all the details to the person on the phone when booking the appointment. Long story short, they charged me $1,100.58 and said they couldn’t fix it!!! I had to take my RV to General RV and paid them another $1,129.18 but the RV is fixed!!! This company is not honest nor experienced at what they do. Worst of all- I gave them every opportunity to either fix the issue or refund me money. They refused both!

John and his team of technicians are exceptional. Autumn and Roslyn in the office are particularly outstanding. True Test offers both mobile repair services and a large shop for major jobs. I had a significant warranty repair that required my rig to go into their shop, and they also handled a smaller warranty repair by coming out to my rig. John clearly knows what he's doing and truly cares about customer satisfaction. I'll continue to use True Test and highly recommend them!
We had some issues with our brand-new RV, and although it was unexpected, True Test RV Repair really came through for us. From start to finish, they were nothing short of excellent. Rosalyn, in particular, was so communicative and made sure we were always in the loop. The team was on point, super helpful, and really went above and beyond. I had approached this business to buy my Dometic refrigerator that I paid 2700.00 less than a year ago and they offered me 300.00. I accepted the offer and asked them when they could come out to remove it. Kept trying to get an answer from them and finally spoke to the office manager. She said they were going to pass as the wife said no LOL
