Best service in town! Prompt, professional, reasonable, efficient. Ryan Banks knows his business. I rely on him and he always delivers. Thank you.
Service tech did not show up on time. I had to call him an hour past our appointment time and then again in another hour before he actually showed up. Then he left without saying anything. I text him, he said he had to order a part and would be back in 2 days. He never showed back up. Ryan came back and did a great job! Apologized for letting me fall through the cracks and didn’t charge me for the repair. Very nice guy! I would definitely recommend!
Amazing fast service!
Once again, True Temp saved my bacon! Besides being my Central Air go to - they did a whole new system for me last year at a very fair price - they also maintain my pool equipment (heater/chiller). Earlier today my pool temp sensor malfunctioned and within a few hours of my alerting True Temp they came to my house, diagnosed it, and fixed it. All systems go once again. Thank you Ryan and True Temp!
