I recently had True Tech Home Services come look at an electrical issue I had in my home. They made 2 visits, one on 07/17/2017 and one on 07/22/2017. I was charged $89 and $366, respectively, just to analyze the problem. The technicians said they found 4 shorts in the wall and they'd have to cut into the wall to replace the wiring. They quoted me at over $2200 (in addition to the $455 I had already paid) and that didn't even include the cost to repair the wall once they were done. Quick response in emergency situations and fantastic technicians and customer service. I've called True Tech Home Services for a variety of issues from plumbing to electrical and they're absolutely fantastic. I noticed another reviewer said they try to talk about other issues, that's because they let you know when they see other issues, so they definitely go the extra mile, there's never pressure to fix them right away.

This company is a rip off. Hired them to fix 2 ballasts in the garage and address a wire difference with our new stove. He spent an hour coming up with a price and trying to seem me other stuff. I ended up paying his travel fee and sending him on his way. He wanted to charge $168 each for the ballast that ended up costing us $40 for parts for both and 30 minutes of work. If I could give this company no stars I would, great service until they came out... all they were worried about was trying to sell me a new system, so i had another company come out and do what (me) the customer wanted which was fix my unit.

I wish I had found them before I had my sewer replaced. These guys are honest and the electrician Alan fixed my problem without having to replace everything. I love the fact that they can do it all so I won't have to use another company that I don't trust. They were a little late but kept me informed the whole day.

Super fast service and didn't cost me half as much as I paid the last company that came out. I felt that Dominic was very honest and I will use them for all my future needs.

Called True Tech out for an estimate. After they first wanted to charge me "at least $89" (their words verbatim) just for the estimate and I refused, they called me back and offered to waive that fee. The technician, Jonathan, who came out was very helpful which is the only reason this company deserved one star. Afterwards, though, he gave us an estimate which was over 3 times what our other estimates were. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I was a service member with the 15% discount on services. I had used them in the past with little concern until I needed them for a big job. I paid way too much, given that I got 2 other estimates from other companies and they quoted me less than 1/2 the price of what I paid with True Tech. They have yet to explain to me how they justify stating that the customer gets a 15% discount on their service contract. I also submitted a letter of complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
