Omar came highly reccomended by a family member. My family and I desperately needed a/c services. For my mother who is an elder. However I was highly disappointed in Omar's unprofessionalism at what seem Omar was already having a rough day before he got to us..It was poor service and unnecessary rudeness to my family. Unfortunately I was very disappointed to what I thought was going to help my family. But just an unpleasant experience.
Omar went out of his way to be helpful when he really didn't have to. I was able to compare his prices with other quotes and can confirm he's a decent / honest professional just trying to do good work and serve his community. I'm happy to be cold again! Highly recommend him.
I highly recommend using true Tech Air Conditioning, Inc. for your HVAC maintenance needs. They were on time, professional, and did a great job.
Omar came out quickly and diagnosed the problem with my AC quickly. He is an honest and straight shooter with great prices. He really saved the day for us! Highly recommend.
