What a fantastic tour! We only spent a few hours with Krikor but learned more about the east village than we had from years of living there. He took us to taste a fun variety of foods, giving the history and context of each restaurant as we moved through his expertly planned route. Would absolutely recommend True Tales NYC to anyone looking for a fun and filling afternoon.

Did the East Village food tour today and had the best time! Perfect mix of eating, walking, and learning about the history of the neighborhood. Krikor knows his food— and had everything selected and timed perfectly so it was basically coming out hot when we arrived. Accommodated allergies, food preferences, even a birthday in the group. I can’t say enough good things— and can’t wait to do another tour sometime!

My partner and I took the Seven Deadly Sins tour with Krikor. As long time NYC residents, it was really enjoyable to hear about some new tales and old scandals. Would definitely recommend this tour for visitors and locals alike.

Our family had a great time with Krikor on his East Village food tour. Fun, full of history about the neighborhood, efficient (walked into the stops and food was ready and waiting for us every time), and surprising and wonderful food at every location.

What a wonderful tour! I wanted to get something uniquefor my mother's Birthday coming up, and decided on a tour with Krikor. My mother loves history and this tour was the perfect choice!I've lived in NYC for 13 years and learned so much valuable information on this tour about NYC's rich history. I highly recommend going on any of Krikor's tours he offers. 10/10 and makes a great gift for someone!
