As a native New Yorker, I decided to take the East village food tour for the fun of it and am glad I did- learned a lot about the village that I never knew and I got to try two new places that I never heard of and another that I’ve heard about but never been too… highly recommend True Tales of NYC to tourists and native New Yorkers alike.
Took the East Village food tour today and it was awesome! Delicious food stops interspersed with great historical stories of the area. Absolutely worth experiencing.
What a fantastic tour! We only spent a few hours with Krikor but learned more about the east village than we had from years of living there. He took us to taste a fun variety of foods, giving the history and context of each restaurant as we moved through his expertly planned route. Would absolutely recommend True Tales NYC to anyone looking for a fun and filling afternoon.
