So I did what every car guy has done I fell in love with my dream car and ignored all the red flags I should have never bought the car in the first place. I’m new to the Dallas area. Don’t know many people. I was referred to True Street Motorsport by Ford in McKinney. I had a wonderful experience. Everybody was extremely kind and knowledgeable. They kept me updated on my vehicle and even found things that needed to be brought to my attention. They have great prices and are the utmost professional. I will go there for everything for all of my family’s vehicles.

I was going to spend almost $20k here for some work done on a vehicle, I found another shop who had parts in stock ready to do the work on my vehicle. When I told true street motorsports they said there would be a 10% cancellation fee which I agreed to if I wanted a refund. I sent multiple emails to Preston and cc’d others on the email as well requesting my refund and never got a response from them. Never received a call back or anything.
