I was going to spend almost $20k here for some work done on a vehicle, I found another shop who had parts in stock ready to do the work on my vehicle. When I told true street motorsports they said there would be a 10% cancellation fee which I agreed to if I wanted a refund. I sent multiple emails to Preston and cc’d others on the email as well requesting my refund and never got a response from them. Never received a call back or anything. Very professional and great customer service from Preston.
Awesome crew and are very knowledgeable. If you're looking to add performance parts to your car, don't go anywhere else. Straightforward, honest, thorough and they know what they are doing. The tuner here is in my opinion one of the best. We went to another well-known performance shop and spent a lot $$$$$ prior.
