Made me wait from 1030 am till 950 pm, to get loaded. Security guard guy, very rude on a power trip. No way to treat anyone like that, no need really. Before you guys truckers go there, plan on a long wait. Although the brkr/Philip nice and professional. The shipping dept, we'll that's another story. Has to give one star, no lower option available.
we have been working with true star and everyone is great except for a person name Shantae, she hides when she needs to pay detention, never answers phone calls or email in order to avoid paying and doesn't answer calls when appointments are done incorrectly, blames the driver, she also loads the trailers overweight and make the driver haul the load like that. that is a very shady practice that True Star needs to address with its employee
