Great service and the price was reasonable. You DO NOT mess with asbestos even if they are not friable. Mateo and his team removed 9x9 inch tiles and mastic from my basement and kitchen floors. After the job was done TWO tests came back negative. On top of that they also removed some kind of underlayment gunk from my kitchen floor. 5 stars and highly recommended service. Mateo and his team recently came through and provided abatement for asbestos that was found in my basement. Mateo and his team were clean, punctual, incredibly communicative and overall provided an exemplary service. It was easy to schedule both walkthrough and service and pricing was very transparent. Our boiler died on us a few weeks ago and when we received a quote to replace it, we were informed that we needed the encapsulated asbestos (that the previous owner had done prior to us purchasing the house) on the basement entryway ceiling pipes removed before any replacement could be done.
