I have been working with Kevin to rehab my shoulder after surgery. I injured.my shoulder training for Strongman. I am just about 6 months into PT and already have the majority of my strength and mobility back. I am even back to weight lifting with my old PRs in sight! Kevin is very knowledgeable and takes time to design PT instruction for his clients that meets their needs! I also appreciate that he is with me for the entire session and that I don’t get passed over to a tech.

I tore my ACL skiing in Jan 2024 and I was back on skis in Jan 2025. Matt was an awesome therapist to work with throughout my rehab process. He is very knowledgeable, challenges you and encourages you to work hard to get back to what you love safely and confidently. Highly recommended PT and gym!

Absolutely adored doing PT here! I worked mainly with Matt. He is incredibly knowledgeable and made coming to pt enjoyable! I gained so much strength and it felt like personal training rather than a doctor’s appointment! I also worked with Sam and she is such a sweetheart! I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of PT in DE!
