If I could give zero stars, I would. The front desk staff (specifically one woman) was completely unprofessional and appeared to have no proper training. The entire system was disorganized, and it felt like they were more focused on finding excuses to charge than actually providing service. It's disappointing to see service standards drop to this level.
Very knowledgeable and great environment for PT. They have a lot of equipment and the Physical therapists themselves are very welcoming. Sean is amazing and works with you to diagnose and strengthen the areas of concern!
Very few exceptional PT places left that really focus on a combination of data, focused exercise, and strength training, but Sean and the team knock it out of the park!
Sean is the consummate professional - deeply experienced and skilled in his craft.
