Lexi did an amazing job helping me to rehab from persistent plantar fasciitis so that I could get back to running. She listened well, planned out a rehab program for me that addressed potential root causes of my injury, and pivoted as needed. I had an amazing experience with my physical therapy there! Recovery is hard but the PT’s there make it well worth your time and energy. The whole Bel Air team makes sure you are welcome and appreciated every time you visit. My 11 yo daughter tore her lateral meniscus at gymnastics in August 2025. Her surgeon recommended True Sports for PT after her surgical repair. We brought her there before surgery to check out the space and a PT named Brenna walked right up to us, introduced herself and let us walk through the gym. She offered to see my daughter for a PT session just a few days later (before surgery) so that she felt more comfortable being there after surgery and wouldn’t be as scared. Never would I think I would look forward to going to PT, but I enjoy coming to my sessions due to the amazing staff and treatment methods.
