My experience at True Sports has been fantastic. I worked with Lexi for several weeks to help to get my strength back following a neck injury. I can not say enough about Lexi, her knowledge and patience were top notch. I would definitely recommend True Sports!!
This place is great. It is one on one care and Brenna was an excellent therapist. Everyone was very professional and helpful.
Ryan helped me get back to my true self and i appreciate him and Andrew for helping me out and allowing me to be able to get back and better just in time. he bought me back and better as being a high level d1 football player. They are the best.

She’s not only knowledgeable and professional but also truly cares about your injury and healing process. She takes the time to explain all your options and make sure nothing is overlooked. Even after I returned to school, she went above and beyond—connecting me with a nearby clinic and regularly checking in. I highly recommend her to anyone needing physical therapy, she is the best!
