Update: I am still dealing with billing issues with True Sports years later. I made sure my balance was paid while I was a patient there, including during their billing system change, and I have since been told multiple times, including by staff and management, that the account appeared paid in their system. Despite that, I recently started receiving more billing texts and emails claiming I owe money and threatening to send the account to collections within 48 hours. Hidden fees poor service
This place claims they pride themselves on high level care but it’s completely a joke. Jeremy instead of focusing on my health and recovery he wanted to talk about current issues in the news. I felt rushed and not properly cared for. Not to mention they are the only facility that wants you to pay an extra 15 bucks after your insurance for fake high level care.
