True sports is the best!! I’ll never go to any other PT! I love how they’re geared toward an active and younger population, so it feels really dynamic and engaging (as opposed to some other PT places that are geared more toward the geriatric population). I’ve worked with Ethan, and I’ve been so impressed with the breadth and depth of his knowledge as well as his repertoire of exercises. I can’t say enough positive things about True Sports! Highly recommend!

The same problem that was mentioned by others - a bogus add-on. $15/visit out-of-pocket regardless of insurance. The business replied to another review "We understand that the High Performance Fee may come as a surprise, which is why we educate around it 4x prior to beginning care and we want to clarify that this fee is completely separate from anything billed to insurance." They didn't mention it at all. They send you intake forms to submit before an appt, and I didn't want to submit a payment method because my insurance co... read more

Be prepared for a scam billing processes where you are requires to pay an extra $15 per visit health and wellness fee that is paid OUTSIDE of insurance. How they can negotiate a rate with insurance and charge fees outside of the rate feels like a total scam. Medstar has a PT office next door that doesn't charge an extra 15 fee per visit.

Beware of Hidden Fees Be cautious of an additional $15 fee this facility charges per visit—a charge that has nothing to do with your medical care. This fee is mandatory and is meant to cover their business operating costs. That means, in addition to your copay or the provider’s standard fee, you’ll be required to pay an extra $15 every time you visit.

I’ve been going to True Sports for 7 years now and they are by far the best PT treatment I have received. And in response to a previous review of hidden fees, there are none. There is an extra fee that is clearly posted on the wall when you check in and what it includes, it is well worth the fee. The cupping and dry needling that you receive where most places you wouldn’t helps tremendously with recovery .
