While the therapists were great, the billing process has been a complete mess. Had I known there would be so many issues, I would have gone elsewhere for treatment. I’m still dealing with their billing department over double charges, incorrect billing, and being contacted about balances I’ve already paid and have receipts for. The front desk staff hasn’t been helpful either — I suspect they may be part of the problem. Unfortunately, the stress from the billing has overshadowed the quality of care I received.
My PT Gabby Vellegia has been wonderful in helping me rehab from my shoulder injury. She is knowledgeable, supportive and easy to work with - I highly recommend her!
Kendra has been nothing short of amazing in helping me slowly get back to my best self and I am very thankful!
