RJ knows his stuff and helps a ton
This facility was great. I worked with RJ for 6 weeks on a knee issue i was having due to my lack of movement. He was very patient with my recovery and was able to strengthen other parts of my body that had fallen behind, which was causing more stress to be put on my knees. He was very knowledgeable and thoughtful in my road to recovery. Thank you again RJ, I wish you the best.
RJ has been amazing helping me get back to not only walking but progressing to running and playing tennis after my calf injury. He did a great job explaining the why behind every exercise he had me do. He provided a doable home program and was available if I had questions outside of my therapy session.
RJ is the best!!!
