I have worked with both Anne and Sophia at True Sports PT in Woodbine with multiple injuries. They are very knowledgeable and dedicated to helping rehab whatever issue you are having, AND do a great job of making it fun and interactive in the process. I've been to multiple's physical therapists and they are without a doubt the best and most well rounded. I highly recommend them!
The people are wonderful and know what they are doing.
Sophia was terrific and they were very flexible with rescheduling appts which was very helpful! They helped my son get back on the ice with injury and sport specific exercises and therapy! The facility is very modern and clean. Definitely recommend for athletes!
