True Sports has helped me to regain important quality of life movement. From Diagnosis to developing a plan to remove hip pain and strengthen surrounding muscles Audrey is first rate in all she does. She keeps the exercises fresh and challenging and is a pleasure to work with. If you are having issues with pain and movement, I highly recommend this team!!
This place is great!! Audrey takes good care of me. Matt took care of me in the past. The facility itself is fantastic, but the muddy parking lot is an issue and the reason for four stars instead of five. No one wants to drive/walk through the mud on their way into getting physical therapy.
I had a great experience at True Sports PT working with RJ, Sophia, and Audrey. My rehab from a full rotator cuff tear was long and painful at times, but these excellent therapists helped me slowly but surely work through the pain and regain my strength and range of motion. They always provide way more personal attention than any other PTs I have ever seen at other places. I would give them all my highest recommendation!
I highly recommend True Sports Physical Therapy. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable in his field and provides true one-on-one care.
