After almost 3 years at True Spirit Taekwondo and Wellness, I can safely say that it has completely changed me as a person for the better. My days went from being lazy staying at home, to being active at taekwondo. It is an amazing, and safe place to learn to defend yourself, but also a place where you can come together with your family to do martial arts. If you are thinking about trying out taekwondo, I definitely recommend going to True Spirit Taekwondo and Wellness

🥋If anyone was thinking or is hesitating about about joining the team.I recommend True Spirit Taekwando anyone who wants too make a positive difference in their lives.I signed my daughter up and in the past 3 months I found she has much more confidence,great social skills,doing so much better in school and over all she just loves being in the program and makes her happy.I just love to hear about her experiences and stories when I pick her up after classes.very welcoming respectable, friendly environment for all ages.🥋
Since my child started taking Taekwondo classes, his confidence has really grown. The whole atmosphere is very positive and supportive， it feels like a big family.
True spirit is an amazing taekwondo dojang, master Jatin is fantastic with the kids and so patient.
