As a bride, there are many choices to be made. But making a stop at True Society was one of the best! From my first encounter with one of the shop managers to working exclusively with my own bridal stylist, Kaitlynn, I felt nothing short of spectacular and like a true bride. My mom and I were one of the first appointments of the day at True Society, this was our first stop in finding a dress. We were greeted by Kaitlynn and the most perfect first bridal appointment started right then and there! She took us through the show room and really understood the vision I had, even if I couldn’t quite explain it perfectly. True Society made wedding dress shopping so easy! I was so overwhelmed but Jacquie and Carrie took such good care of me and my party. Jacquie is a legend for being able to find my DREAM dress within 3 different dresses she chose for me based on my style and preferences. What's even more incredible is I left with a dream dress that was within my budget AND they took care of the cancellation fee for the appointment at another bridal store I had scheduled right after. She helped ease my mind and made the entire experience so enjoyable—something I will always remember. Everyone who works there supported me and made me feel so special and beautiful. I had the most amazing time here! It was the first store I went to for wedding dress shopping, and I found my dress with the second one I tried on. I was so nervous going in but Jackie, my stylist, really heard what I was looking for. She was beyond helpful, and made the whole experience so easy and fun. Carrie, the manager, was also such a big help! The whole crew made me feel so beyond special and like a princess. Would highly recommend to every bride!
