Carrie was so amazing. She helped me feel comfortable in the dresses I picked out, was super knowledgeable & didn’t let me settle for anything less than what I wanted 🫶🏼
Katie was my stylist and she was exceptional. She was extremely helpful and she made sure that I can envision my dress and look. She was super sweet. All the staff and managers were very sweet and kind to my requests and adjustments I needed in my dress. They acknowledged each one in my bridal party and they were polite and sweet to them. It was an amazing experience not just for buying the dress but the customer service was great!
Went to True society after having a poor experience at another bridal salon. I left that salon feeling like it was my body and my confidence a little shot after. We were warmly greeted Carrie who radiates sunshine. She was extremely comforting throughout the process and was okay when I told her I didn’t like something. I throughly enjoyed the process and look forward to visiting again😊the dress she found was perfect!!
