What is the point of opening this new location if you are never open? I’ve been here 3 times last 2 weeks and each time the doors are locked. Nothing on doors showing why you are closed. This is ridiculous!!!! For instant right now I’m here at 5:00 and the hours posted online and on your window says Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. I’m about to just switch banks at this point.
And now the Moore location is closing. Everything is terrible. Your loans are transferred, so no longer with the credit union. Calling in takes hours. Overall, I am not happy with customer service. Sad to leave with over 30 years active account.
ER have gone to several Tru Sky and this one has been absolutely horrible we walked in no greeting whatsoever you clearly hear a woman in the back going psss psss psss that woman was Samantha just a very unprofessional place even her buttons from her shirt were popping out the lady at the desk heard me telling Samantha that we will go ahead and leave and go to the other branch and why and the lady at the desks short blonde hair chubby lady was laughing that’s how we confirmed this branch I’d not a good one at all… thank you ... read more

This branch is terrible! I always have a long wait and it seems like the one teller is always just caring on a long conversation while people just wait and wait
