Horrible, slowest branch ever been a member since 2004 and this is the slowest branch ever. The people are slow and they keep changing management every 6 months. Tellers are slow and under qualified. I’m really thinking about changing banks. They must not pay good or something because their employees are not prepared.
Frances is very professional! All of tellers at the NE location are friendly and very helpful!
