I've been a loyal customer for almost 20 years, long before this bank changed its name to True Sky. I recently became a widow and have direct deposits of survivor benefits. Several months ago, True Sky made a serious error in their accounting department that caused me to miss three months of checks from the military. I'm still without the survivors pay because of their errors. When their representatives tell me that they're "sorry for my loss", their actions don't really demonstrate that to be true.
Highly incompetent. My first two visits, I sat in the drive through for about 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging that I was there. Visited in the lobby a few times after that, and most recently, the staff couldn't find my shared credit union account and told me I had to contact my credit union. I did, and my account is perfectly fine. I went to a different shared credit union down the street and got my deposit done in five minutes. I won't be visiting this branch again.
Sylvia at the Edmond branch has been super helpful with fraud issues. The Fraud department has been super quick to catch stuff and has gotten us new cards immediately. There's no wait for it to be mailed.
The girls that work here are not very friendly. Also they don't have anything to drink while you wait. Booooo
