I am extremely delighted and. beyond grateful to have found True Self. When I found them, I had been looking on and off for the unicorn true cognitive behavioral therapy (really, the gold standard for anxiety) for my teen. -Finding cbt specialists available in this town is rare, finding them for a minor even more so. Worst experience ever! I have waited months for an appointment, over an hour of intake paperwork only to be told they dont accept my insurance! This was a question that was verified when I first made the appointment! Talk about ridiculous.....
Suzanne is the best therapist I've ever had. She helped me open up in ways I wasn't able to do with other providers. In sessions learned from my emotions and thoughts so that I could better serve myself in this world. I have learned how to create boundaries and not let others cross them, and I have learned how to try new things even though they are scary.
