Hire better security. Seriously. True security/Citidel screwed up tonight and opened a nasty can of worms they didn't need to, by hiring a security agent who grossly overstepped his work title, and perceived authority. This security agent is dangerous to have around people, and very unbalanced/unhinged. No concern for customers health crisises. So, for the record I'm trans (female to male) and dress like an irl Hazbin Hotel character cuz I am. I am just minding my business, waiting for a Lyft, same security guard asks me if I'm waiting on a ride. When I said yes, she left me alone, but why bug me when I'm just chilling outside of Wendy's, minding my own business after eating? The pictures are my legal record by the way! Squeaky clean!
Got harassed by two security guards in the parking lot of jack and the box. They tried to tell me I couldn’t park where I parked even though I had a trailer and had no choice. They then followed me and my son into jack in the box and harassed us some more including telling the cashier that they couldn’t serve me. If this is the type of people this company employs I highly recommend not using them for they will harass your customers and or tenants.
Pull over to respond to a text and Mr.Smith flash light Cop tells me to leave because the business is closed and told him I’m eating my food from McDonalds and texting and starts making a big about me texting and eating my food no crime was being done and also says APD has no rights on private property what a nightmare horrible situation
