There have been multiple times that Ty has ghosted us and not been a reliable company to mow when we needed them. This is the third and final time that I’m letting that happen. Look elsewhere for mowing services.
There are better alternatives in Lubbock. Prices are excessive.
Wish I could rate 0 stars. After hiring Ty remotely, he went out 5days later to estimate the job for bushes, trees, raking, clean out beds and mow. We told him front and back. He provided an estimate and after starting the job, jacked the price another $150 saying he hadn’t looked at the backyard! After 2 hours, he tried to raise the price $1500 to get a truck and boom! I could not reach anyone after calling a few landscape companies here in Lubbock. Then I finally had one answer. Ty was very professional and asked if he was available to do my lawn that needed alot of TLC. He said he would be right over and sure enough, 10 min later, he arrived and took care of my lawn. I would reccomend Truescapes for your lawn and landscaping needs! Ty is a veteran like myself, so from one GRUNT to another, thankyou for your service and sacrifice!!! #AIRBORNE
I am very disappointed in this company. In early February I had Ty come spray my yard to kill all the weeds and winter grass. Price was $325.00 Although some of the weeds died, most did not. I called him to come look and he said he would be there the following Thursday or Friday. He never showed. The following week I called him and he said he had forgotten.
