Update on my review below: I was extremely frustrated with TrueRX and if I am being completely honest, I still don’t trust them all the way, but I am updating and giving 3 stars because my issue was resolved. And the representative, was great he actually resolved my issue! After my original review someone replied on the review itself and stated that I should reached out via email to them directly to assist me in resolving my issue. I just have one word free Luigi Mangione, my employer switched to TrueRX from BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD and it was the worst thing that could of happen to us, we now have Cigna and everything is a mess, denied on ozempic? Are you kidding me? something that prevents diabetes? A medication I was already prevously taking, I had to stop in the middle of treatment only to now be denied by TrueRX, feels like such a scam. Absolute joke of a company……. I needed a prior authorization and have met all the criteria. My doctors have been going back and forth with them for 3 weeks straight and they keep flipping back and forth on what they need. Their customer service is not knowledgeable and no-one seems to be able to look at logic and make a decision.
This company is the absolute WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They keep denying medications I have been taking for TWO YEARS because I "haven't tried alternatives" yet. When you try to explain you absolutely have, they refuse to listen because it isn't written in black and white. I have been without my meds for two weeks now because my Dr office is fighting with them to cover the medication. I wish I could give them negative stars. Just absolutely AWFUL.
