My employer switched to them 2025. Be warned- if you are on any copay assistance program from a drug manufacturer to help pay for expensive meds, True Rx does not allow those funds to be counted toward your deductible. Drug manufacturers are noticing this and they will either severely limit how much funding they use to pay for your drug, or they will make you ineligible for the program. I found out the hard way. Plan accordingly.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Geena. She was quick, friendly, and efficient. She solved my issue and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend True Rx as their customer service is top notch!
This is a scam!!! Please stay away from this company. They give you the run around. Only to find out I do not have insurance it’s an advocacy company that help u fight high medical bills No benefit cards, they are a fraud. Please do not fall for thus scam like I did. #Blessings
Customer service has been amazing, I've been working on preauthorization for a medication and a Customer service rep Chris has been so helping. Chris has made this process so much easier and helped me know all the information I needed to submit from my doctors. Thank you so much for all of your help!!!!
Beware! This is NOT a real insurance plan. They take your premiums and then deny ALL high-cost drugs, like all oral chemotherapies. Do not let your employer chose this plan. It is a scam. (I work in an oncology office. They denied Ibrance, demanding we switch to a generic, which doesn't exist).
