This company is the absolute WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They keep denying medications I have been taking for TWO YEARS because I "haven't tried alternatives" yet. When you try to explain you absolutely have, they refuse to listen because it isn't written in black and white. I have been without my meds for two weeks now because my Dr office is fighting with them to cover the medication. I wish I could give them negative stars. Just absolutely AWFUL.
The rates are very similar to every other insurance. They formularies are as seemingly random as well, so keep an eye on those and make sure you're staying in your best tier. But the support is phenomenal! I have never had an insurance company go to bat for me before and these guys have! Thank you!
My Employer switched to True RX for Prescriptions, have not had a very good experience so far my most important script had to be pre-authorized by my doctor again even though I have been on this Diabetic medication for several years. My daughter is going to miss a dose of her medicine because they did not tell us that they were not covering the brand that she uses. And her medicine is way more important than even mine! But they know best since they are doctors! Oh wait, no they are not! And their support staff not very frien... read more
