Dr. Gaby is amazing and caring. She is a systems thinker with vast knowledge and understanding of the interconnections between systems in our bodies. For almost 30 years doctors just kept prescribing me high blood pressure meds, I am now off of them, and my blood pressure is the best it has ever been! Additionally, my liver was showing signs of stress and thanks to her advice it is now in great shape! If you are serious about getting the best care for your body give her a try!
I tried the infrared sauna at True Roots Natural Medicine and was thoroughly impressed. If you are like me and have been researching buying my own infrared sauna this is an awesome place to start. It is a Sunlighten multi-person model so I could stand, sit, or lay down. It was impeccably clean, and they provide Velcro towel wraps along with extra towels to keep the space clean and allow you to dry off afterwards (which is great, so I didn’t have to lug my sweat soaked items home). This place is incredible! I participated in a class on Brene Brown’s book Atlas of the Heart. Gretchen was the perfect guide on this journey. She created a welcoming space for us all to be vulnerable and share our experiences from the heart. I met amazing women and had the most delicious vegan food. The ambiance of the space is beyond beautiful and relaxing. Looking forward to more classes and to come back for the infrared sauna. Thank you True Roots! You’re a beautiful oasis of healing.
