Casey helped me with fixing a leak on the roof caused by shingles that were not sealed to the metal flashing at the water heater pipe. I wasn’t present when he came to do the estimates, and I appreciate that he was patient in talking with my mom, who speaks limited English. The thing I appreciate the most about Casey is that instead of just giving me the absolute best and most expensive option, he explained short term and long term fixes and the pros and cons. Casey came out to take a look at a leak. He was friendly, professional, and communicated everything in a way we understood. He assessed our whole roof and took care of the leak efficiently. We were really impressed by his use of a state of the art drone to show us the actual roof so we didn’t have to climb up ourselves. We really appreciated his depth of knowledge and ease of communication. He never made us feel pressured and we’ll definitely work with them in the future for any other roofing needs.
True Roofing was awesome to work with! They redid our garage roof and were super knowledgeable, quick, clean, and just really kind people overall. Everything was smooth and easy, they explained what they were doing, and left the space spotless when they were done. The roof looks great and the whole experience was refreshingly stress-free. I contacted Matt at True Roofing for an issue with the gutters on one side of our house in December. A section of gutter had come off the clamps and was affecting water flow into the drain. Matt's team came out on fairly short notice and was able to quickly confirm that the builder had not installed the gutters properly when the house was built using only nails to secure it to the house.
