We asked True for a quote to fix items found from a home inspection for the sale of my house. They gave us a quote for that and also took it upon themselves to say they identified repairs the inspector missed. Since we were under contract, we had to disclose that to the buyer and then were obligated to use True for the repairs. A $4,810 repair cost me $10,635.
