I called True Roofing to have somebody come out and look at our roof. We had some swamp coolers removed by another company and their patch job looked horrible and was sinking in. We had a new roof put on the house less than a year prior. Mike was able to come out and look at the roof very quickly. He gave me an estimate to get the roof repair correctly on a Friday and was able to start the repairs on Monday. Mike was punctual and kept me apprised of everything along the way. Mike knows what he's doing, shows up on time, and is reliable. He was able to spot numerous issues and resolve them easily and quickly. He takes pictures of what he does, which also shows pride in his work.
Not many people like Mike in this world. We had an awful roof leak and had a major issue during a big storm. I called Mike and he actually showed up at my door to let me know in person that due to the storm there really wasn't much he could do. Mike still ended up on my roof that day doing what he could to slow the leak until it could be repaired. Shoveling snow and dealing with the weather just to help us.
