Yes the people there are amazing, although my insurances wouldn't cover the procedure they were super nice and very knowledgeable. I think they wanted the surgery for me more than I wanted. I would go back and suggest to any and everyone this is the place to go!

I love the customer service. They are very professional and they are so organized they. They work together as a whole from the from the intial phone call to the scheduling of my next appointment when my first appointment was complete. Also, before I left I the room I had no more questions about the prodecure or the process to get to the procedure. I did not feel like a number or like they were too busy. I am a bit thrown & quite saddened by the lack of communication so far. The young lady who takes vitals comes off as being a bit "cold." No one has really done a good job with keeping me informed on what the next steps are. There has not been any follow up unless I initiated the calls. This process so far has me feeling really empty, & had I not gotten so far in the process, I'd be looking for another surgeon...I'm not angry, just very disappointed.

Even though I was late for my appointment, the staff made me feel so welcome and at ease, My patient advocate, LaTonya Price is the best, Loved meeting all the staff that I had the opportunity to meet. Looking forward to my surgery and followup care. Kudos to True Results!!!
