Best gym and trainers around. PJ has been my trainer for the last 3 months and I am truly getting results. I highly recommend for anyone close to Keller and Southlake that want to break free of the big gym craziness but want the high tech equipment and top notch trainers.
This place is a great work out gym that has it all. It has new equipment spread out on 2 different levels with everything you need to do any type of workout! The facility is clean, with a great atmosphere and the trainers have great knowledge to help you reach your goals. Come check it out, you will love it!
