Going to True REST Float Spa has truly changed my life. I go regularly to float and I am more present for my loved ones, focused at work, and joyous in my everyday life because I float. It is so worth the expense and time. True REST is accessible, has friendly staff, and is very beginner friendly. I highly reccoment this spa!
I LOVE going to TruRest. I have a son with autism and I am also a caregiver full time. When I am able to float in my own pod, I feel at peace and am able to relax my mind. Sometimes I even fall asleep and feel SO well rested. Upon getting out of my pod I have my very own rain shower in this space. No need to go anywhere but under the warm, soothing water with body wash, shampoo and conditioner right there in dispensers.
