True Rest Old Orchard creates a wonderful, relaxing experience. The facility is great with lots of intentional details thought through to enhance the experience. The host, Dan, was incredibly helpful and nice throughout the entire visit.
Me and my partner and my friend have been coming here for over a year. After our last float place closed this was the next closest one. Not only does this place have excellent float pods, accommodations, and amenities, The staff is super friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure that the experience I have here is relaxing ,peaceful, and rejuvenating. I have referred many people to True Rest and I believe anyone can benefit from trying this type of therapy.
Dean was incredibly kind and walked me though what to expect for my first float. The spa was clean, organized, and visually appealing. My experience was very relaxing and I felt supported every step of the way. Thank you True Rest Float Spa!!!
I have been unable to experience the float tank because no one from the office has called me back. I left two voice messages during business hours. I received numerous automatic text messages that My voice messages were forwarded to the front desk and that someone is going to get back to me ASAP…In my voice messages, I specified that I am in a lot of pain after back surgery, and like I said, no one bothered to return my call. Very unprofessional sadly.
Wonderful experience. It's amazing how one's sense of time completely evaporates in sensory deprivation. 60 minutes felt like 15. When the session was done, I felt as though I had the best sleep in years. 2 hours later and still buzzing 😆 Recommended!
