Extremely clean and relaxing environment great place to go for muscle recovery and to reflect in general. They provide everything you need including towels, earplugs, and changing rooms.

True REST is super clean and perfectly setup to provide a real oasis from the chaos of everyday life. Murphy, one of the owners, greeted me for my first float and was very warm and knowledgeable, offering a perfect orientation for my first float here. I felt completely at ease and ended up signing up for a once-a-month package. I'm so excited to float again! Highly recommend it!
