Thank you for the experience. I loved it. I actually felt as I was floating.
The staff are really kind and accommodating. I really love doing the vitality suite before I go in for my float I feel like it really sets me up for deep relaxation!! I try to go twice a week (except during my period week). This routine has been helping my pain and anxiety levels. I am hypermobile along with a bunch of comorbidities. Highly recommend True Rest Float spa!
My first Float Spa therapy was absolutely an amazing experience! Steven made it even better with his kindness and professionalism. He adds value to the entire experience at True Rest Float Spa.
Great time. Super relaxing. I suggest loose fitting clothing and flip flops or sandals. Kind of difficult to put on socks and jeans after floating then showering. But overall a great experience.
Steven was such a professional as he introduced me to True float. The float therapy was amazing and I appreciated all the amenities. I will definitely return for additional float therapy, it’s meditating and feels healing to the mind and body!!!
