I enjoyed this immersive experience immensely. The environment is calm, peaceful, inviting and begs for return visits. The staff were beyond friendly, professional and informative. My significant other enjoyed it even more than me. The float itself was serene and felt like a few minutes when it was actually an hour. If you want to de-stress, relax and take some time to yourself, this is your place. Highly recommended.

I recently visited True Rest in Virginia to accompany my wife for a special they were offering, and I’m very grateful for the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The person who assisted us was kind, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. The facility was not well-maintained—there was hair and trash on the floor of my suite. The handle on my pod was broken and taped over, and the towels provided were tattered. I couldn’t be completely sure my pod was clean, which affected my experience. Additionally, I prefer not to sit in silence, and the intro video mentioned that music could be played, but the necessary cords were missing. Being able to listen to music would have made the experience more enjoyable.
I was very impressed with True Rest Alexandria. The facilities were clean and spa-like, the environment was welcoming and comfortable, and the staff were incredible. I have been to float spas before and True Rest Alexandria far outweighs them in service, facilities, and offerings. The float rooms were larger than I’m accustomed to and comfortable.
