First float and won’t be the last. The staff were awesome, very knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel comfortable with a new experience. Atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. The float was amazing and a total disconnect/tune out with zero distractions. Add in all the health benefits for a winning combination. Highly recommend.
I’ve done floats at other places before and this was definitely not worth my time or money. The shower floor had cracks in the tile and there was mildew around them. I’m 6ft tall and was consistently hitting the walls. The water was a few degrees too cold so I just had goosebumps. There was an annoying green light that was too bright. I left after 20 min and waited for someone to appear at the front desk and no one did, so I just left. I did have a giftcard so it was already paid for
Terrible experience. If you are taller than 5’6” you will hit your head and feet on all edges of the float pods consistently while floating. This does not relax your muscles at all, it puts the most uncomfortable strain on your neck and upper back. The worst of all though is that the intercom system in the pods used for assistance or emergencies did not work in my pod. It was a lovely relaxing experience today. First time trying this and it feels so great to feel weightless! Nice for muscles and back issues!!very relaxing and therapeutic for me.
Came here with a friend of mine, this was the best experience ever. My back was injured a few years ago and the night before I could not sleep because of the pain. I went to true rest a little skeptical but was amazed at the impact it had on my body. I would recommend this very highly. Downside is there are not more of these closer to my home!
