During my time working here, one of the float rooms (Room 3) had water trapped beneath broken flooring in the shower for weeks. When stepped on, the water would seep out, bringing up dirt, concrete, and who knows what else. It created a major hygiene issue that couldn’t be properly cleaned after clients showered (media attached). I went with another person and they said that now that they know what to expect they might give it another chance. For me, this was not a pleasant experience. I was put in the back left pod. I picked music that would play the full duration of my float. After spending 25 minutes messing with the buttons and trying to use the PA system, I climbed out of pod and googled the number. My daughter and I went for the first time today and it was a wonderful experience. It helped my back pain so much and my mood was so much lighter when I left there. The oxygen bar was nice too.
Total waste of time! Booked my wife and I an appointment for Saturday(7/19), unfortunately we had to reschedule the appointment for Sunday(7/20). Both the booking and rescheduling were done well in advance(more than 24hrs). On Saturday evening the spa called to say they had cancelled my wife’s appointment for not showing up. I called spa and explained to the person that I had rescheduled the Saturday service for Sunday. She told me that only 1 appointment had been rescheduled.
