I was nervous for nothing. This experience was awesome and much needed. I feel rejuvenated and at peace and I love this for me!! I love this place. I was in a place where I felt I was taking care of everyone’s needs and getting burnt out. After my first float I was addicted. I realized how much I needed to take time to take care of myself as well. Not only do I get to meditate uninterrupted for an hour but physically feel my muscles relax. They have great packages and find myself looking forward to my next appointment. I’ve been doing float therapy for a while now, and I can honestly say it never gets old. Every time I go, I leave feeling completely refreshed — mentally and physically. It’s amazing how 60–90 minutes in that tank can do more for me than an entire day off. The staff is always kind, the space is super clean, and I love that I can just float away from everything for a bit. Definitely part of my self-care routine now! True Rest is one of the best places I have been....
