What a cool unique experience!! I was super relaxed! Def worth a try for yourself
Just had my first float experience and it was really amazing. I often feel over stimulated with the fast pace, social media era of today. I can’t emphasize how nice it was to just float in complete silence and darkness.
Incredible first experience here! I’d wanted to try it for the longest time and finally did after feeling like not much else was truly helping me calm my anxiety and nervous system. After my first float yesterday I can say it truly lowered my anxiety calmed me at my core!! Highly reccomend trying it at least once if you are looking for something deeply relaxing. The staff was great too very welcoming and helpful to explain it all.
I do a weekly salt float and it's consistently excellent. Highly recommended.
