This place is a must if you have any kind of aches or pains. You are in a private room with a shower and your pod. It's much bigger than it looks. You float weightlessly for an hour. They will play your music of choice or none at all. You shower when you're done and they provide you with everything. Definitely worth trying!
We decided to head north for a little reset and relaxation, and True REST Float Spa in Palm Beach Gardens provided just the space we needed. I visited with a good friend, and we both enjoyed a one-hour float session. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the space was clean and well-maintained—which is always a top priority.
