If you are looking to unplug from the world and relax on a level you’ve never experienced, then give True Rest Float Spa an hour of your day. The Robertson’s are very kind people. The rooms are always very neat and clean. Words cannot describe how peaceful and relaxing it is to float.
Dana was kind and thoughtful, and walked me through the process as a first time user. The float offered much needed relief in my neck and back, while allowing for a meditative experience. The time flew by. I can’t wait to see what more sessions offer.

My wife and I have been to True Rest in Starkville several times and always have the best experience. The owner (Dana) is incredibly gracious with her time and her passion for “Floating”. If you live or visit Starkville frequently and haven’t been, you’re missing out! It’s truly one of the best things you can do for your physical and mental health. Go see Dana ASAP!
