Edit: its been a while since I've had the opportunity to have a float. When I called, Tim (owner) answered the phone, his wife, Mari-Pierre (other owner) was in the background. Both sounded so happy to hear from me, we chatted for a good while. When I arrived for my float, Mari-Pierre gave me a huge hug. They feel like family!
