This place is an absolute joke...a true waste of time not true rest. I drove over 30 minutes for an appointment looking forward to relaxing but I'm sitting in the parking lot, now for 30 mins and literally no one is answering the door. You can't even call inside because they have some stupid recording that sends you to an automated message even when you make an appointment you don't get to talk to a real person. Don't waste your time with this place! Zero out of 10, and UNPROFESSIONAL...I would not recommend!
Turns out, this is just not for me. Nothing wrong with the spa. Ive floated a couple times before. 1. Would like to see larger print directions for the wax ear plugs, 2. music and volume controls inside the pod would be a nice upgrade. Was willing to try things to alleviate back pain. I am / used to be really fit, but my butt and upper chest area dont float as well as my bellybutton, shoulders, head, etc, so my floating posture is uncomfortable. First image is my review from three weeks ago on a different account. The second image is their email response. I requested my subscription be cancelled over a week before it was due to be taken out and they ignored my email and charged me anyways and then refused to refund me but told me in the email I would not be charged again. I was charged again this morning. Do NOT give this company your business.
The place is falling apart. Holes in the walls where you’re expected to take your clothes off? Yikes. One of the rooms has a hole in the floor with silt and whatever else coming up through the floor when you shower. It gets way too hot during the summer, and the place is starting to smell. They don’t always clean well and sometimes the tank has saltwater all over from the last person. They always change the days that they’re open.
