I've been calling for 2 whole days. 7 calls across the period of 48 hours and no response. For a place that's open till 9 PM, they have terrible customer service skills. I don't even want to book my appointment anymore.

So very disappointed. My husband booked a float as a surprise for me and I was so happy. We arrived early (9:50 - sign says it opens at 9) and the door was locked. We waited past our 10:15 appointment time. No lights on inside and door stayed locked. They have my husband's email address and phone number; we got no call or text or email except a confirmation of the time of the float. I understand emergencies and people calling off last minute but in that case I would still expect a text or a phone call. Two hours have passed ... read more

This is a mixed review. First, thank you for providing your services to first responders and veterans for free on the 11th of each month, it is much appreciated. Secondly, my first session here was a phenomenal experience! It was so wonderful that I signed up for a second and was looking forward to it all month. This is where the review turns negative, when I arrived at this location at 0900 for my 0915 appointment, the doors were still locked. I waited until 0930 before I gave up waiting. Updating: I got a membership while I was there and cancelled months later because I couldn't afford it. 2 years later, my card was still in their system somehow and when my bf signed up for a membership and gave his own card info but they charged my card without my knowledge or permission. Getting a refund has been like pulling teeth. I've called and sent several emails and I still haven't received a refund. I will never recommend them again.
