Nightmare to schedule or book. Front desk never answers the phone and then they will text you a robo response to try and get you to book that way. After months of being unable to get an appointment that fits my schedule i asked for a refund for the float date special i purchased for valentines day and was not even allowed to speak to the manager, who apparently doesnt even work there through the week. Don't do it! ,when you want to cancel membership. They say it's been canceled but continue to charge you. No one ever contacts you only via email. Run away from this company.
Very professional. Clean everywhere. Definitely will do the float therapy again.
I recently added floating to my self care routine and so thankful I did! Very nice facility and wonderful staff. Evan and Faith have both been very helpful. I've been here a handful of times so far since January and each float is better than the last!
