Turns out, this is just not for me. Nothing wrong with the spa. Ive floated a couple times before. 1. Would like to see larger print directions for the wax ear plugs, 2. music and volume controls inside the pod would be a nice upgrade. Was willing to try things to alleviate back pain. I am / used to be really fit, but my butt and upper chest area dont float as well as my bellybutton, shoulders, head, etc, so my floating posture is uncomfortable. First image is my review from three weeks ago on a different account. The second image is their email response. I requested my subscription be cancelled over a week before it was due to be taken out and they ignored my email and charged me anyways and then refused to refund me but told me in the email I would not be charged again. I was charged again this morning. Do NOT give this company your business.
The place is falling apart. Holes in the walls where you’re expected to take your clothes off? Yikes. One of the rooms has a hole in the floor with silt and whatever else coming up through the floor when you shower. It gets way too hot during the summer, and the place is starting to smell. They don’t always clean well and sometimes the tank has saltwater all over from the last person. They always change the days that they’re open. I tried to cancel my membership two weeks ago, I was still charged and multiple emails and phone calls have been ignored.
Spectacular! 1st time for two of us, redeemed gifts from Christmas. Walk-in and confirm you are there at the kiosk. Greeted by a host, then shown a short video in a small but comfortable room all about the benefits and history of salt floats. There are two private restrooms to use before your float then you are escorted to your float room and given instructions. Amazing shower (in float room) for pre-float use: body towel, hand towel, and washcloth all provided along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The float pod it... read more
