We are from San Diego and we are visiting Las Vegas and Andy was so helpful and kind - hearted helped my husband find some shirts his size and we found one ☝️- The store was clean and well Organized- we experienced top Notch service and definitely recommended this store ! Plenty of parking
Great custom service
Without a doubt, the absolute worst customer service I have experienced from any clothing store. Ordered 3 pairs of jeans online. They sent me the wrong size. Go back to the actual outlet store to get the right sizes. Not only are they rude, but the manager, Olenka, is argumentative and confrontational intentionally. Julia, actually, at least attempts to try to help, even though she admits the process that they're dealing with is very convoluted and unclear. 1000% JULIA SHOULD BE THE MANAGER.
