Ladies & gentleman be mindful that there is a camera that can see over the first dressing room to the left. Also… they will tell you that they don’t do military discounts on top of a store discount in THIS store although they do it online & just about every other store. The online store will also do a military discount on top of a store discount so it’s better to just shop online if you want to use your discount. 🤍 I would give the store 4 stars but the camera overseeing the dressing room is a big NO!
My fiance bought pants online from this company for the first time. Three of the 4 jeans did not fit well in various areas so I came in to return them. Upon arrival there was a belt across the entry way (like you would find to form lines at events/airport) which led me to believe they may be closed. There was no one in the store but there was someone at the register so I asked if they were closed. First time EVER in a True Religion store, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING STAFF. From the floor to the fitting rooms back to the register we had knowledgeable individuals, helped me find a wide selection of jeans to choose from that saved me so much time, and they also made sure I enjoyed everything necessary to buy my final 2 pairs of choices for jeans. The smiles, the help and the environment made sure I will return no doubt. This staff on this date was OVER EXCEPTIONAL THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!
Had been to this location once before and I was met with very friendly staff. However, this recent trip a few days ago went very sour. I made it into the store once again greeted by friendly staff. Had been in store for 10 mins or so had a few items. And then I was approached by a very rude young lady whom I'm assuming was the manager as no one stopped her from being disrespectful towards me. My husband and I came to opry mills True Religion anticipating to spend over $500+ for our daughters birthday and we were met with this hand written sign on the front door. We came back when the store was finally open, and we approached an associate and she followed up with a smart remark and disrespectful hand gestures with an immense displeasing attitude.
