The employees at this location have a tendency to be rude and unhelpful. I have encountered their poor customer service on more than 3 occasions and have held off on writing a review in hopes that it was seasonal or even just event based but nope. They also tend to block the entrance so you cant easy walk in or out the store (their excuse for the egress violation is theft) and they dont keep regular mall hours. I took my son in and we received great customer support. My son was looking for stack jeans and wasn’t able to find them here, but definitely was shown really great alternatives. We will be back, everyone seem to have the right attitude.
Ladies & gentleman be mindful that there is a camera that can see over the first dressing room to the left. Also… they will tell you that they don’t do military discounts on top of a store discount in THIS store although they do it online & just about every other store. The online store will also do a military discount on top of a store discount so it’s better to just shop online if you want to use your discount. 🤍 I would give the store 4 stars but the camera overseeing the dressing room is a big NO!
My fiance bought pants online from this company for the first time. Three of the 4 jeans did not fit well in various areas so I came in to return them. Upon arrival there was a belt across the entry way (like you would find to form lines at events/airport) which led me to believe they may be closed. There was no one in the store but there was someone at the register so I asked if they were closed. First time EVER in a True Religion store, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING STAFF. From the floor to the fitting rooms back to the register we had knowledgeable individuals, helped me find a wide selection of jeans to choose from that saved me so much time, and they also made sure I enjoyed everything necessary to buy my final 2 pairs of choices for jeans. The smiles, the help and the environment made sure I will return no doubt. This staff on this date was OVER EXCEPTIONAL THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!
