I took my daughter into this store for a return and she wasn’t happy about the return and the manger Asia went above and beyond to try and help my daughter feel better by helping her find a different outfit considering this was for my daughter’s 18th birthday and I really appreciate her for just having a heart to assist we definitely need more workers like her 💪🏾
You'd think with what you charge for jeans, your greeting to customers wouldn't be a dry how dare you be here in our space with a closed beverage as if I know your rules, I literally wasn't in the door, won't be back. Have a nice day
Mean staff. I was looking at the jeans and trying to pick out my size when this worker asked me if i needed help finding myself. I said no I’m looking at them because I already found my size and then she got mad and told me I was messing up her display when i barely touched the jeans. She told me to stop touching them and I said fine you can grab the size for me urself even though I already had my hands on them. There was one lady in here don't know her name but she was rude and was acting weird. She was rude as soon as I came in. But all the people who came in after she was like "Hi, welcome in how are you?" She watched me and my friend the whole time with a dirty look. We ended up leaving, the place wasn't worth it.
I purchased clothes online two pair of the jeans were too small. they were delivered on January 31. I returned it to the store on February 3. The store said sales associate said their systems down and took two pair of my black jeans and wrote it on a piece of paper and said they will call me with a tracking number.
